Cancellation and Refund Policy

At YUZU.Company, we understand that plans can change.
Our Cancellation and Refund Policy is designed to be clear and fair for all bookings, events, stays, and studio rentals.
1. Event Bookings (The Barn)

Cancellations 60 Days or More Before Event Date:
Full refund of any deposits or payments made, minus a 10% administrative fee. -
Cancellations 30–59 Days Before Event Date:
50% refund of total payments made. -
Cancellations Less Than 30 Days Before Event Date:
No refund. Payments are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and preparations. -
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
2. Resort Stays (YUZU Retreat)

Cancellations 14 Days or More Before Check-In:
Full refund minus a 5% processing fee. -
Cancellations Less Than 14 Days Before Check-In:
50% refund of booking total. -
No-Shows or Early Departures:
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or early departures.
3. Studio Rentals (Nice Spaceship Productions)

Cancellations 21 Days or More Before Booking Date:
Full refund minus a 5% administrative fee. -
Cancellations 7–20 Days Before Booking Date:
50% refund of booking total. -
Cancellations Less Than 7 Days Before Booking Date:
No refund. Full balance due. -
Rescheduling:
Rescheduling may be possible based on availability. A rescheduling fee may apply.
4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
